Villa Butterfly is a magnificent villa, situated in Quinta do Sol, a luxurious urbanisation in the hills of Mato Serrão, close to Carvoeiro. Villa Butterfly is built on a hilltop, commanding breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.
This unique setting offers maximum privacy and security. The beach is at walking distance and there are fantastic golf courses, tennis courts, shops and restaurants nearby.
Villa Butterfly comprises two floors. The entrance hall leads into the spacious lounge with a comfortable lounge suite in front of an open fire place. There is a large built-in book case and a charming bar with a large selection of drinks and small snacks (self service).
The separate dining room seats 15. Every morning a sumptuous breakfast buffet can be served in this dining room. The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances.
On the ground floor there are five double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has an annexe with a single bed. Two bedrooms have a private terrace, two other bedrooms have a balcony.
The master bedroom is on the first floor. This lovely bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a twin bedded annexe and a nice private terrace with beautiful views of the garden and ocean. All bedrooms have a TV set and a safe.
The owners quarters are on the first floor.
The lounge opens onto the covered terrace with a dining suite for al fresco dining. The lovely garden has a large pool (10 x 5 mtr) with a paddling pool and a shower. There is a nice built-in BBQ near the terrace. The roof top terrace offers spectaculair views. No pets allowed.
Location
Just outside Carvoeiro, in the hills of Mato Serrão. It is only 2 minutes by car to down-town Carvoeiro and 45 minutes to Faro airport. Three golf courses within a 10 min. drive. Beach at walking distance.
