The villa is well away from the tourist corwds, yet Corfu town with many restaurants and shops is within easy reach. The Corfu Golf Club is only 20 minutes away.

The accommodation comprises a main villa sleeping 12 persons, a guest house sleeping 4 and a studio for 2 perons. There is a fitness studio and a large pool with pool house. The staff has its own accommodation.
There are three main garden areas: the largest garden is the one near the main villa, with a fountain, a large terrace under grape vines and a small patio, there is another garden with a shaded terrace above the pool area and there is a nice garden on pool level.
The Villa
Villa Panoramique was completely renovated during the last two years to the very highest standards of design and quality. The spacious reception area has been very luxuriously appointed and decorated.
There is a big stone fireplace and comfortable sofas. There is a TV set with video player and a large collection of approx. 100 video tapes.
The adjoining dining area connects with a large covered outdoor dining terrace. The office with computer and ISDN phone line also opens onto a shaded terrace.
The villa has two large master bedroom suites with beautiful marble bathrooms. Each suite has its own private terrace. There are a further four twin bedded rooms, each with a bath/shower room. These bedrooms have all access to a terrace.
The large fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. There is a laundry room and staff accommodation. The villa has airco, central heating, a security alarm and 2 safes.
The villa features a splendid terrace of 70 sq. mtr. with spectaculair views of the Ionian Sea and Pontikonisi (Mouse Island).
The Guest House
The guest house is situated on a lower level and can be reached by a sloping brick driveway (no steps). There is a nice lounge with open fire place and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
One of the bedrooms has a private terrace overlooking the pool area. The second bedroom with twin beds has a terrace facing the big cypress tree. There is a kitchenette, satellite TV, video, DVD player and airco/fan.
The Studio
This charming apartment for 2 is situated on pool level and features a double bedroom with bathroom, a kitchenette and airco/fan.
The pine forest cloaking the property covers 5 acres and scents the air. The large salt water swimming pool (10 x 20 mtr.) has a pool house with two changing rooms, two shower rooms and two toilets. It has its own completely equipped kitchen and a large outdoor bar and barbeque area.
The pool is surrounded by a large marble terrace and luscious green lawns, a perfect area for entertaining and barbeques.
A path winds down to the pebble beach with sitting/bathing area, a changing room, outdoor shower and toilet. There is a well protected natural harbour, even for large yachts.
