Casa Felice is a beautiful villa, located a few miles south of the lovely medieval town of Lucca with its undamaged walls. This charming Tuscan farmhouse sits on a large estate together with four other villas from the Residence Royale program (no. 289, 473, 485 and 486).
The maximum capacity of 5 villas together is approx. 80 persons. Each villa has its own private swimming pool and is surrounded by a large garden, offering complete privacy.
Casa Felice is a lovely villa, very conveniently located near Florence, Lucca and Pisa. The sandy beaches of Viareggio and the exclusive Forte dei Marmi are only a 30 min. drive away.
The entrance of Casa Felice is on the ground floor and leads into the large living room. This very tastefully furnished room has comfortable sofas and armchairs. There is satellite TV, a music system and video.
The dining room seats 10. The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. There is a separate laundry room, an office with computer and internet access, a cloak room and a guest toilet.
On the first floor you will find 6 luxuriously appointed bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.
The beautiful garden has a small lake with its own little island, reached by a wooden bridge.
There is a flood-lit swimming pool surrounded by a large lawn. There is a BBQ and table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Situated in the hills only 2 km. outside Lucca. It is approx. 15 minutes to down-town Lucca, 30 minutes to the beach, 45 minutes to Pisa and 1 hour to Florence.
