Casa Pora is a lovely villa built in 1998. It is situated in the rural environment of Selva in the northwestern part of Mallorca, only 3 km. from Inca.
The villa is surrounded by a delightful garden with lovely views of the Tramuntana mountains. Garden and terraces offer complete privacy.
Casa Pora comprises two floors. The entrance hall leads into the open plan living and dining room. The living room has comfortable sofas and armchairs in front of a fire place and TV set.
The dining area seats 10. The spacious fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. Further on this floor four double bedrooms. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom, the other two share one bathroom.
On the first floor there is another living area with comfortable sofas, a dining suite for 8 and a pool table. Further on this floor 3 double bedrooms. One bedroom has its own bathroom, the other two share one bathroom. Two extra beds can be added to the bedrooms upon request. Almost every room on this floor opens onto the large terrace.
The living area opens onto the semi-covered terrace with comfortable terrace furniture, a TV set and a dining table with chairs for al fresco dining. The swimming pool with shower is surrounded by a large terrace.
The villa has satellite TV, airconditioning and central heating. There is ample parking space.
Location
Casa Pora is situated in a tranquil area, approx. 10 min. by car from the centre of Inca. It is 35 km. to the airport of Palma de Mallorca and 20 km. to Port Pollensa with its sandy beaches and lots of restaurants and shops. It is only a 30 min. drive eitherway.
