Villa Juliëtte consists of a main villa and an independent apartment above the garage. The villa comprises two floors. The entrance leads into a central hall with a two-sided staircase.
To the right is the formal lounge and dining room with comfortable sofas and a fire place. The dining room seats 6.
To the left you will find a less formal sitting and dining area with a wood-burning stove, satellite TV and DVD. This dining area seats 4. The large fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances.
Further on this floor a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and french doors giving out to the covered terrace. There is a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine.
On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a single bedroom. There are two shower rooms, one with hydromassage shower. All bedrooms, except for the single bedroom, lead out to a magnificent terrace with spectaculair views.
Lounge and dining room open onto the semi-covered terrace with comfortable terrace furniture, ideal for al fresco dining. There is a BBQ area just off the kitchen.
The swimming pool is situated on a lower level from the main house and is surrounded by a large terrace with breathtaking views of the sea. The lovely garden has lots of colourful plants and tropical trees.
The apartment above the garage comprises a combined living/dining room, a kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The villa has satellite TV and airconditioning in the living area. There is ample parking space.
The villa can be rented with or without the apartment.
