Marbella Sunrise is located in the exclusive Golden Mile of Marbella, only 5 mtr. from the beach! The Marbella Sunrise villas consist of 2 rows of 5 linked villas, located right and left of the communal swimming pool.
Residence Royale selected three villas. Two front row villas with 3 (MA 335-1)or 4 (MA 335-3) bedrooms and one second row villa with 3 bedrooms (MA 335-2).
The gardens of the front row villas border the beach (1 ½ mtr. lower). The second row villa has no direct sea view, however it has a nice rooftop terrace with wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The Marbella Sunrise villas comprise one floor. They are very tastefully furnished and decorated, each in its own style. The selected villas have a spacious open plan lounge and dining room with a marble floor and a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances.
The lounge is furnished with a comfortable sofa and arm chairs, the dining room seats 6. Lounge and dining room open onto the terrace and garden.
The villas have 3 or 4 bedrooms (the fourth bedroom is a single bedroom) with 2, 3 or 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
There is nice terrace furniture and a BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining. There is ample parking space.
The villas have telephone, satellite TV and airconditioning/heating.
Location
Located in the famous Golden Mile of Marbella, only 30 mtr. from the beach. It is only 4 km. to down-town Marbella. Puerto Banus with large shopping centre is at walking distance. It is max. 15 min. by car to several golf courses and 45 min. to Malaga airport.
