Casa Atlantico 6 is a recently built villa located in the exclusive resort Quinta do Lago. This lovely villa sits on a beautiful plot in a quiet area, bordering the San Lourenço golf course.
The villa has been very tastefully appointed and decorated. It has a lovely garden with lots of colourful flowers. A wonderful, spacious villa close to the beach, golf course and shopping centre.

The entrance hall with leads into the spacious sitting room, with comfortable sofas around a fire place. There is a TV set with VCR and DVD player.
The dining room with fire place and bar seats 10. The spacious fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances and connects to the laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher.
There is one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom in the main house. This bedroom has airconditioning, TV and underfloor heating.
There are four double bedrooms around a lovely patio, ideal for a sunny breakfast. These bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, airconditioning, TV and underfloor heating.
The kitchen, the loiunge and the dining room open onto the semi-covered terrace overlooking the pool. The nice garden offers a lot of privacy. There is ample parking space. No pets.
The villa has cable TV, VCR, DVD player, underfloor heating and airconditioning in the bedrooms.

Located in Quinta do Lago, bordering the San Lourenço golf course. Close to the shopping centre. It is only 10 min. by car to Almancil and 35 min. to Faro airport.
