Villa Verde is located in the outskirts of the Quinta do Lago resort. It is a green valley with lots of umbrella pines. Quinta do Lago is an exclusive resort, set in 2000 acres of beautiful pinewoods, championship golf courses and lakes.
It borders the Atlantic Ocean with its fantastic sandy beaches. There is a five-star hotel, many restaurants, shops and various sport facilities, such as tennis, golf, horse-riding and water sports. A lovely villa close to the beach, golf course and shopping centre.
The villa comprises only one floor and has been very lovingly appointed and decorated in pastel shades. The entrance hall leads into the open plan living/dining room with comfortable sofas in front of a fire place and TV set. Large sliding doors open onto the terrace.
The dining area seats 6 and the kitchen has all modern appliances. There are three twin bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms open onto the terrace. The living room leads out onto the semi-covered terrace with sun loungers and terrace furniture for al fresco dining. There is a BBQ.
The saltwater pool with roman steps borders the terrace. The garden is a delight and offers maximum privacy.
