The villa comprises two floors. The entrance hall leads down a few steps into a spacious lounge and adjacent cinema room.

Further on this floor there are three bedrooms. One twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and a private terrace, one double bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom and one room with a double sofa bed and adjacent shower and sauna room.
