It is an ideal location to visit the world famous city of Florence, or enjoy the wonderful countryside of Tuscany. The fortified medieval town of Lucca is only a one hour drive away and it will take only 1½ hour to get to Viareggio with its wonderful sandy beaches.
Villa Giovanni comprises two floors. On the ground floor you will find the spacious open plan living/dining room, furnished in a simple style.
The dining area seats 6, the kitchen has all modern appliances. On the second floor there are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The living room opens onto the semi-covered terrace and the swimming pool of 6 x 12 mtr. The terrace enjoys wonderful, unobstructed views of the lovely countryside.
The villa has airconditioning, parking space for several cars and a large mature garden of 2500 m².
