Villa Marmi is a lovely villa on the boulevard of Cinquale, approx. 500 mtrs. from the exclusive beach resort Forte dei Marmi. This villa is a very nice accommodation for families with children. Forte dei Marmi is a luxurious village where a lot of Italian families own beautiful villas.
There are many exclusive shops , f.i. of famous designers like Gucci and Armani and a lot of very good restaurants. Villa Marmi is ideally located, front line beach and not too far from Florence, Lucca and Pisa.
Villa Marmi comprises two floors and a basement. On the ground floor you will find the spacious open plan living and dining room with comfortable sofas around a fire place. The dining room seats 8. The large kitchen with breakfast corner for 8 has all modern appliances.
Further on this floor two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a kingsize bed (airconditioned), the other bedroom is a children's room with a bunk bed and a single bed.
On the first floor there are two kingsize bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. the other one with a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own terrace with breathtaking seaviews. In the basement you will find a small bathroom, a laundry room and a computer room with internet access.
The living room opens onto the semi-covered terrace. A few steps down there is a lovely heated swimming pool.
