Casa Il Fronto is a charming villa located a few miles south of the walled town of Lucca, the birthplace of Puccini. The villa sits on a large estate together with four other villas from the Residence Royale program (no. 289, 291, 485 and 486).
The maximum capacity of 5 villas together is approx. 80 persons. Each villa has its own private swimming pool and is surrounded by a large garden, offering complete privacy.
Casa Il Fronto is a charming villa, very conveniently located near Florence, Lucca and Pisa. The sandy beaches of Viareggio and the exclusive Forte dei Marmi are only a 30 min. drive away.
Casa Il Fronto comprises two floors. The entrance hall leads into a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs. There is satellite TV and a music system.
The dining room seats 10. The large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast room has all modern appliances. There is a guest toilet on this floor.
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Further on this floor a desk area with computer, printer, fax, telephone and internet connection. There is outdoor and indoor wireless internet access.
