The villa has a large garden of 2800 m², commanding beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the golfcourse in the Rio Verde Valley.
The spacious villa has been appointed and decorated in a traditional style. The entrance hall with guest lavatory leads into the spacious lounge with a lounge suite in front of a fire place and a large bookcase with a TV set. The adjoining dining room seats 6. There is another small sitting room with a bridge table.
The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances and a separate laundry room. The lounge and dining room open onto the covered terrace with nice views of the surroundings. There is a BBQ and a dining suite for 6 for al fresco dining.
