Casa Conti is a beautiful villa located a few miles south of the walled town of Lucca, the birthplace of Puccini. The villa sits on a large estate together with four other villas from the Residence Royale program (no. 289, 291, 473 and 485).
The maximum capacity of 5 villas together is approx. 80 persons. Each villa has its own private swimming pool and is surrounded by a large garden, offering complete privacy.
Casa Conti is a splendid Renaissance villa, very conveniently located near Florence, Lucca and Pisa. The sandy beaches of Viareggio and the exclusive Forte dei Marmi are only a 30 min. drive away.
Casa Conti comprises four floors. The entrance hall leads into a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs around a fire place.
The exceptional formal dining room seats up to 28 persons. The large fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. Further on this floor a TV room with satellite TV and VCR and a billiard room. There are two guest bathrooms.
On the first floor there is a beautiful central lounge and six double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Further on this floor an office area with telephone, fax, broadband internet, computer and a central music system.
On the top floor there are five double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
In the basement of the villa you will find a wonderful wine cellar, a wine tasting room with table and chairs and two bathrooms.
Casa Conti has been very tastefully appointed and decorated throughout.

The garden is a delight. There is a flood-lit swimming pool and comfortable garden furniture for al fresco dining. Guests of Casa Conti may use the available mountainbikes. There is a fully equipped work-out room overlooking the swimming pool.
There is a staff of 3 persons for general housekeeping duties and daily breakfast service. There is chef service for either lunch or dinner 6 days a week.

Situated a few miles south of Lucca. It is approx. 10 minutes by car to down-town Lucca, 30 minutes to the beach, 1 hour to Florence and 30 minuten to Pisa.
