Villa Suzette is a very luxurious villa located in the old village of Mougins, approx. 7 km. north of Cannes. Mougins is a wonderful medieval village with lots of art galeries, restaurants and shops. It is only a few minutes drive to the prestigious Cannes-Mougins Golf Course.
Villa Suzette sits in a lovely fenced garden of 5.000 m² offering complete privacy. Because of its elevated position Villa Suzette commands panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea from Esterel to Cap Ferrat and of the old village of Mougins and the southern Alpes beyond.

Villa Suzette comprises a main villa of two floors and a guest house. The entrance hall of the villa leads into the very spacious lounge/dining room with breathtaking views of the bay of Cannes.
The dining room adjoins the kitchen and seats 12. Both rooms are very tastefully appointed and decorated. The spacious fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. There is a guest toilet.
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, two with ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All bathrooms are very luxurious with marble floors and deluxe bathroom equipment. All bedrooms command breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.
The guest house comprises two studios: one with a double bedroom, the other with a twin bedroom. Both studios have a shower room and a separate toilet.
The living room opens onto the semi-covered terrace with comfortable terrace furniture. There is a large swimming pool with pool house. The pool house is equipped with a summer kitchen with BBQ, hob and dishwasher. There are comfortable sun loungers and a dining table for 8.
The subtropical garden is a delight with splendid views of the bay of Cannes, the Esterel mountains and the southern Alpes. The garden offers complete privacy.
Villa Suzette has satellite TV, airconditioning in all bedrooms, internet, security alarm and ample parking space.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Dogs allowed.
