Villa Augustin is located in a private, guarded domaine just outside the centre of Mougins, approx. 7 km. north of Cannes. Mougins is a wonderful medieval village with lots of art galeries, restaurants and shops. It is only a few minutes drive to the prestigious Cannes-Mougins Golf Course.
Villa Augustin sits in a wonderful garden of 10.000 m² with a large swimming pool, a separate paddling pool of 6 x 2 mtr., a private tennis court and a children's playground.

Villa Augustin comprises two floors. A long driveway leads to the entrance of the villa. The entrance hall leads into the spacious, well appointed open-plan living and dining room (90 m²).
There are comfortable sofas around a fire place. There is another sitting area with TV and DVD. The dining area seats 10. The large fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances, including an Italian coffee machine..
There is a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer in the basement.
On the ground floor there are four double bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three bedrooms open onto the terrace and garden. From the lounge stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find the spacious master bedroom (60 m²) with ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
The master bedroom opens onto a private terrace commanding lovely views of the old village of Mougins. Further on this floor an infant's
bedroom with cot.
Villa Augustin has a guest house with kitchenette and a double bedroom with shower room. The guest house is also used as fully equipped business office with desk, high-speed internet and multiple telephone lines.
The living room and several bedrooms open onto the terrace with comfortable terrace furniture. There are two outdoor dining areas with BBQ. The swimming pool of 12 x 6 mtr. borders the terrace and is surrounded by a large lawn.
The poolhouse is equipped with large comfortable sofas, a gas BBQ, a dining table and deluxe sun loungers. The children's pool is located in the front garden.
There is a private tennis court and a lovely fenced children's playground with swings, slide, sand hamp and playhouse.

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. No pets.
