Villa Elba is located on the island of Elba, approx. 10 km. from the italian mainland. The villa lies within the beautiful resort Costa dei Gabbiani in the still unspoilt south of the island.
Costa dei Gabbiani is part of the natural park of Tuscan Archipelago. It features a beautiful, never ending beach, horse riding, tennis courts, diving centre, restaurants and a mini market.
Villa Elba is immersed in a natural park of 450 ha. and lies 100 mtr. above sea level, enjoying panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Villa Elba comprises only one floor.The entrance leads into the open plan living/dining area with fire place and comfortable sofas. The living area commands breathtaking sea views through huge windows.
The dining area seats 6. The fully fitted kitchen has all modern conveniences.There is an external laundry room.
On the left hand side of the entrance, along the corridor you will find the sleeping area. On the left side of the corridor there are two twin bedrooms and two shower rooms. On the right side there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two shower rooms.
Villa Elba has a garden in front of the house with garden furniture. An external staircase leads down to the swimming pool (3 x 5 mtr) surrounded by a lovely wooden terrace, furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas.
The swimming pool is open from the end of April till mid October. There is a stone BBQ with a dining table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining.
The beach is only 2 km away and can be reached by a free minibus shuttle. During high season there is a miniclub and entertainment for children. The swimming pool is open from April 20th till the end of October.
Change-over day: Friday. No pets.
Location
On the island of Elba. It is 120 km to Pisa airport. The island can be reached by ferry from Piombino. The access road to the park and the villa (8 km) is unpaved but in good condition. Beach 2 km (by minibus).
