Villa Nerano is located in Nerano, a small town on the Amalfi coast. This magnificent villa lies at the seaside, approx. 20 mtr. above sea level. Private stairs lead down from the pool terrace to the public (pebble) beach with sun beds and umbrellas.
Napels and Pompei are within easy reach (60 min. by car) and a boattrip to Positano and Sorrento (20 min.) or to the lovely isle of Capri (10 min.) is a must.
Villa Nerano is built on three levels. On the ground floor you will find the very tastefully appointed sittting room with a large sofa around a fire place and TV. This room opens onto a small terrace.
The dining room seats 6. The adjacent fully fitted kitchen has all modern conveniences. Further on this floor a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom with separate bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
There is a gym with treadmill, bench, stepper and a finnish sauna.
On the first floor there is a spacious living room with play area, a bar and a study with internet access. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a jacuzzi bath.
The living room on this floor leads out to a large terrace, commanding breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. There is deluxe terrace furniture, including dining table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The large kidney-shaped swimming pool with roman steps is incorporated in the terrace. There are ample sun beds and umbrellas. A private staircase (115 steps) leads down to a public (pebble) beach.
On the top floor there is another small living room. Further on this floor the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with large round jacuzzi bath. This bedroom opens onto a private terrace with panoramic sea views.
The second double bedroom on this floor has an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, the third double bedroom has a separate shower room.
Villa Nerano has been very tastefully appointed and decorated in a modern style. The villa has an elevator and is wheelchair accessible. There is airconditioning in all rooms.
The swimming pool is open from the end of April to early October. There is parking space for 3 cars. The garden is completely fenced.
Change-over day: Saturday. No pets.

It is 70 km. to Naples airport, 300 km. to Rome airport. It is only a few minutes by car to Nerano with all services and 60 min. to historic Naples. Beach at walking distance.
