Villa Lantic 2 is a beautiful modern villa situated in a protected resort alongside the Atlantic Ocean. This sought-after resort in Carvoeiro has many facilities such as two tennis courts, mini golf, a children´s playground and a communal swimming pool for children (villa Lantic 2 has its own private pool). It is only a five min. walk to the lovely beach Praia do Carvalho.
Carvoeiro is a bustling portuguese village with fantastic golf courses, tennis courts, many restaurants and shops.
Villa Lantic 2 was completely renovated in 2000. It comprises only one floor and a lovely covered roof top terrace with wonderful ocean views.
The entrance hall leads into the spacious lounge with comfortable sofas around a fire place.
A few steps lead up to the dining room for 6. The split-level fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar has all modern appliances. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Off the entrance hall there is a small library/study with comfortable seating around a fire place. There is satellite TV, a CD and a DVD player.
In a separate wing you will find two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. All bedrooms have direct access to garden and pool.
The lounge and dining room open onto the semi-covered terrace. The kidney-shaped pool (10 x 4) with roman steps borders the terrace and can be heated against a supplement. The garden is well maintained.
Villa Lantic 2 has a lovely covered roof top terrace with cane furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining. There is airconditioning, a safe, telephone in every room and a securita alarm.

Approx. 4 km. from down-town Carvoeiro, close to the beach. It is only 5 min. by car to down-town Carvoeiro and 45 min. to Faro airport. 3 golf courses within a 10 min. drive. Beach Praia do Carvalho within easy walking distance.
