Villa Queen 1 and Queen 2 are two completely refurbished villas in one of the best locations available on the coast in Marbella. They are situated in an idyllic quiet road leading directly down to the beach (50 mtr.), within easy walking distance of Puerto Banus.
The lovely Ibiza style villas can be rented as individual units of 4 bedrooms each or alternatively as an 8 bedroom villa as the villas have interconnecting doors.
Each villa has its own private garden and swimming pool with lots of privacy. The semi-covered terraces have comfortable terrace furniture.
Villa Queen (1 and 2) comprises 2 floors. The entrance hall leads into the spacious living/dining room with comfortable sofas around a fire place and TV set. The dining room seats 8. The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances.
On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. One double bedroom has its own bathroom, the other bedrooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is on the first floor.
The semi-covered terrace have comfortable terrace furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining. The swimming pool borders the terrace. The pool can be heated against a supplement.
